Today Jan. 21st would have been my Dearest Mothers Birthday. I woke up this morning and said to myself ” I hope I get a call from a Hospital to deliver an iPad on this special day”. I mean what better way to celebrate my Mother. Then around 11:30 I received a text from a local hospital saying they had the perfect candidate to receive an iPad. A young girl who had been given up at a young age after being diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, it just happened to be her birthday today. When I got to her room there were so many nurses and staff around her door. They were all singing and celebrating her birthday. One nurse told me she was crying earlier and so sad she had no one to celebrate her birthday with. She has been a patient at this local hospital for many years. To see the smile on this young girls face was such a special moment.
